Such a beautiful place to stay, especially if you are going to a concert onsite. The convenience of walking to the concert area back to your comfortable hotel stay was unmatched. $25 for overnight parking which is better than most other places I’ve stayed. Lovely views around the hotel that feel super serene. Only thing I will say is they mentioned on the phone they were not pet friendly, but I did see dogs at the hotel. I would have loved to bring my pet but was told otherwise so not sure what happened there.

Best resort ever! We loved hanging out by the fire pits in the evening - felt and looked like we were at a tropical resort in Hawaii. Also loved the pool bar and restaurant. 10 out of 10.

The location was nice, but that’s where the positives end. Our room was filthy the floors were dirty, it smelled awful, the shower was clogged, and the mini fridge had dead bugs inside. Even the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. I had to use my own disinfecting wipes just to make the place bearable. From the moment we arrived, we left the “Do Not Disturb” sign up every single day, so there was absolutely no reason for anyone to enter our room. Yet the second day we returned to find our door open. Staff had no real explanation, claiming maybe housekeeping forgot to close it, and promised to check the cameras but never did. We even have dash cam proof showing we secured the door before leaving. This experience was not worth the money, and the complete lack of accountability was beyond disappointing. The only good interaction was with the woman who checked us in she was great. Other than that, we’ll never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
