This was a great location for seeing a show at the Humphrey’s by the Bay. Beautiful property and views of the city. The room had a very musty smell, and there was construction noise going on early in the morning outside on a Sunday morning, which wasn’t great. Also, the bed was sunken in in the middle; not very comfortable.

The grounds are well maintained. The room was small, dark and was a bit rundown. There was a sewage type smell coming out of bathroom faucet. Stayed at Humphrey to be close to the music venue for a concert. Will stay elsewhere for future concerts a d Uber to the event.

The rug in the room smelled, the bathtub was in need of repair(flaking enamel, the sliding door did not lick. For $400 a night, I expected better! Also, a security guard at the concert was ignorant and rude! All other emplyees were kind and friendly.

The ambiance, garden trails, fire pits, parrots, fish, turtles, etc are always beautiful to see and absorb. But the rooms do need a little renovation. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable for me. The rooms smell old as well. But staff are always helpful and welcoming. My family loves coming here.

This is a nice place to stay. Airport close, great outdoor concert venue. Ease of visiting other points of interest in San Diego and rooms overlooks the bay. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and has nice restaurants and a bar area by the pool/hot tub that we really enjoyed. There are other food options within walking distance. Felt safe and taken care of. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice however the room we stayed in needs a little updating but not a deal breaker.If you have disabilities or are elderly be sure to ask for a first floor room as there are no elevators. I cannot do stairs and the front desk was very kind and accommodated my request. This is a nice getaway and I would stay here again.
