From the moment I checked in, Mariana A made me feel like absolute royalty. I mentioned it had been my birthday the week before, and she went above and beyond—upgrading me to a stunning waterfront room with a view that took my breath away and adding thoughtful little touches that made me feel truly celebrated. Because of her kindness and warmth, I chose to spend more time (and meals!) right at the hotel instead of going out she set such a welcoming, high-vibe tone for my entire stay. Our stay at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront was fantastic! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. We stayed here for an event at Petco Park, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was just a short and easy walk to the stadium. Being within walking distance of the Gaslamp Quarter and all the nearby activities was a huge plus as well. The views were absolutely great, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Diego!
