Good overall- great location

Overall, the hotel was great. The price was fair for the hotel amenities but parking was costly so take that into consideration for your overall cost. Our room AC did not work and by the time we realized we really had a problem, it was late at night so we did not call the office. The security latch on the door was not functional either. Everything was clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning in between our nights even with kids items, toys and clothing. Thank you!

I would have rated this place a 5 but it didn’t have an elevator and we had to pay for parking $25 a night.

I booked two separate rooms, one with 2 adults and the other for 2 adults and a child. On the rooms that I booked it said it would fit 3 guests. Upon arrival they tell me that my room can only fit 2 people and I would need to pay for a rollaway. The pictures make the resort look so much nicer than it is. I definitely will not come back or recommend this place.

Won't recommend. The service is poor, both times after my late check in (close to midnight) when I asked for late check out they said the standard thing that they can only extend 30 min and then $30 per extra hour. The hotel was mostly empty and their restaurant was basically empty for breakfast. They charge $24 for parking, and $7 for black coffee. Oh, the room had ants. The first time I stayed the room had a musty odor from the carpet and it took us a while to adjust to our room.
