Hotel lobby and Pool beautiful! Room was not to clean sink would clog up. They would work in other rooms date and night making to much noise. Only one elevator works and they had 3 more. The wait for them was horrible. Your better off taking the stairs. We found cups from previous people that stayed in back of the bed.

Staff was standoffish. Surprise parking is $26 a night. Only one elevator for the entire property. No one mention it. We just found when asking house keeping. Housekeep never cleaned our room. (4 nights) Breakfast to crowded in such a small space that we gave up after the first morning. It also just wasn’t good. Don’t recommend.

There was a huge roach in the tub. The carpet was very sticky. The man who delivered our towels was very rude. The only thing that was nice was the friendly lady who helped us during the breakfast time.
