The stay was good. When I checked out I saw a charge for the room on my account even though I had booked through Expedia.com and paid with my CC. They charged my bank account. I called and saw a reverse for the charge and on Wednesday I saw the charge went through. I called and the employee who answers was very rude. They told me they couldn’t give me a receipt where it showed they had refunded me. And told me there was no manager for me to speak with. That I would have to call back later. He acknowledge that I had been charged incorrectly but said they couldn’t do anything on their end. I would have to call my bank and report it. Awful customer service.

Clean, friendly, safe and a great breakfast! Location isn't ideal but for a last minute stop, it was perfect for us. Had a small pool and hot tub but we didn't make it out there.

Nice breakfast with eggs and sausage and cereals, juices, great coffee available 24 hours. Receptionists were very cordial and thoughtful. Parking is an extr costs and lot was very full. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. It was not luxurious but it was just what we needed for our quick business and shopping (great ). I’ll go back again to visit my college daughter!

I left a bunch of stuff in the closet when I checked out but I was so pleased to have been helped with great customer service in retrieving my belongings. They were packed away in a bag and ready for me when I picked it up. Dennis was also very kind in informing me about the late check out fees and even called my room to remind me to check out before I was charged. Thank you Hampton Inn MV/SD staff!
