The location is great. Rooms are very basic and noisy without proper noise insulation. Very difficult to sleep due to inside and outside noise. Breakfast is also very simple. Elevator is very slow and too much wait to get in.

Overall, I am glad that my family and I were safe and warm. However, this stay was equipped with unexpected fees, unwarranted racism, a terribly prepared breakfast, very tight parking spaces and a missing microwave. We will NOT be staying there again.

I was there the same time last year and the same construction is going a year later. The carpets need cleaned. The rooms don’t get cleaned. You have to ask for stuff all the time. I was there for 8 days last year and only had my room cleaned 1x. This year I was there for 5 days and only got cleaned 1x. I’m sorry that is unacceptable.

Construction and constant pounding. We were put in a room right next to the train tracks and couldn't sleep all night. Wasnt told there would be a $90 hold for incidentals. I would have been fine if they informed me. Staff didnt welcome us. They were too busy talking. Ive never had a bad experience with Hilton.
