The property was old and very inconvenient to get to due to traffic. Little Italy was within walking distance but everything else was an uber drive and not safe at night.

I stayed for three nights. I know they don't clean every day, but on the morning of my second night, I asked for maid service, but they didn't come. They only changed the towels and threw out the trash, and the bed wasn't made. I was disappointed.

Located just few blocks from Little Italy, convenient walking to downtown. It is next to a highway exit so not the quietest of places at night (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). We were on 4th floor and stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast has basic food selection and very adequate. Staff members very responsive and friendly. Water pressure in shower not the best either. Safe garage parking is 37$ / night in the covered garage or free on the nearby streets till 8am. The best thing about this room was the comfortable bed with soft sheets!

Cutrado the bartender 5 star Matthew and Armandt at the front desk 5 star Closeness to gaslamp and the beach super convenient. Book in advance for a great rate and thank me later. This hotel really has all you can ask for in a super convenient clean well served experienced. Thank you Dexter will be back for sure.
