The property was in a great location. I didn't like that Embassy Suites charged me more money than Expedia told me. They told me to never book through Expedia. They also charged me a destination fee of $25 a night and said that If I charged in the onsite gift shop the $25 dollar destination fee would be credit back to me. They lied and I got charged the fee regardless.

we were not aware of the" destination mandatory fee" never seen this fee in all our years of using a hotels for our travels. very confusing fee and arriving late on our first night no time to consume fee, unable to roll over, quiet unnecessary fee. pressuring to go to eat at the hotel restaurants or shop at hotel gift store . because of the fee we wont be staying on your hotel any time in the future, TY
