The motel's overall condition was subpar. The rooms lacked meticulous cleaning. The bathtubs were clogged. The toilet was loose and unstable. The towels were dingy, and there was an insufficient supply for four guests. The rooms were inadequately lit. The refrigerators generated excessive noise, making it difficult to sleep. However, the customer service provided by the staff was exemplary. Unfortunately, the presence of homeless individuals wandering around the premises, particularly at night, due to the nearby homeless encampment, was a concern. We had previously stayed at the Ez-8 without incident. However, our stay from January 29 to 31, 2025, was disappointing

Worth thr money.

It was a good price for yhris place. The check in was easy and even adding extra nughts was easy. Everything is in walking distance from food to clothing to evening entertainment. I like the area and everything.

But is better rates and not too bad of a hotel

It was great check and so he's easy they know me there so I'm coming in and out for no problems I've been going to the eight for quite some time I've only had a problem baby 2 or 3 times with thousand shower pressure and certain buildings and low hot water but other than that great clean animals in the area need to be controlled a little bit better you noticed that people will sneak their dogs in that are pimples that are not supposed to be on the premises but how are you really supposed to know I mean got to their car with him and see so it's not nobody's involved the last time I was there a pitbull to pit bulls attacked somebody in the ladies for dog and luckily there was no major injuries just a lot of fear

Well there was no bugs so that was great. The refrigerator was next to the sink plugged in and that outlet didn't work so I moved it to a different outlet and ended up working. Every time I would flush the toilet I'd have to open the top of the lid for the water to come through that was kind of a hassle. When there was room service all I got was exchange of towels I didn't get anything swept mopped bed made or the bathroom cleaned I even asked but I don't think some of those people spoke English. The comfortability is just the type of people that reserve rooms they were crazy. The staff are nice and friendly. I was there for 2 weeks my two month old baby and I.

They gave us the wrong to an occupied room. Then the 2nd day we were there the key was changed & couldnt get into my room. I feel it’s unsafe imagine a random person walks into your room.
