The staff at the front desk made me stand and wait for awhile before they even acknowledged me while they were clearly not busy and speaking in another language. I was not given any info regarding the breakfast buffet that I paid additional for. In the morning, I was told that I had to go to the front desk to ask for a ticket to be able to dine. That was inconvenient. Same thing for the second morning. At the dinning hall, no one offered the omlet that was to be prepared as mentioned on the signed at the front of the hall, and no coffee service was offered either. Later in the day, I went to the front desk to get the new towels sets and toilet paper that my room needed and witnessed the staff give complimentary cookies and water for the guests in front of me that just checked in. I received neither. The shower water barely came out.

Everything was great! An area of improvement is your restaurant. The service is not up to your Double Tree standards. The 3 times we ate breakfast was really frustrating. No one to greet us and show us to a table, waited unusual amount of time for someone to take our order, and coffee refills were non-existent. By the way, the restaurant was not busy at all the 3 times we were there.
