The hotel is under constructions. They have no amenities. The service was slow and unfriendly. Besides the location it is not worth it.

The parking is a joke. Unless you have a small car or SUV you can’t fit into the parking structure so you have to park offsite and the closest lot doesn’t let you park overnight. The staff doesn’t seem to know the surrounding area parking situation which leaves guess scrambling to ensure your car is not towed. Also, when booked it said the pool was closed for renovations until mid July, which we booked in August and the pool was still not open and from the looks of it doesn’t look to open anytime soon.

Find somewhere else - not worth the price

It was terrible. The AC unit was leaking from the ceiling. The bathtub was plugged up and water was ankle high. The water pressure was almost non-existent. Then to top it all off they oversold their parking passes ($40 a night) and we had to pay ($60) to park somewhere else for 18 hours. They bought the hotel from a Double Tree and refurbished it. However, I think they tried to open to soon. It’s still under construction. Absolutely do not recommend.

Our original room was stuffy and smelled like it hadn't been used in a while. The wife's sinuses acted up immediately. We let the front desk know and they gave us a new room immediately without question. Aside from the renovations, which were not advertised and someone at the desk telling us they are to busy to bring us towels to come grab them ourselves, I recommend this place after the renovations are complete for sure. The suite is a roomy and excellent choice.

When I booked our room, there was no notice on the booking page that the entire hotel would be under renovation and therefore all of the facilities would be unavailable. And the waters in the lobby cost $8. Which is actually kind of crazy. I’m certain it’ll be a beautiful place to stay once the renovations are finished, but for the cost of the stay, I might have opted for another place.

Yes, the room itself was clean. The location is in a decent area. Had an awesome farmers market right outside of the hotel on Sunday. However.,.. Parking was a nightmare. We payed for parking over the weekend, but was told the parking lot was full and we had to find street parking and pay additional for street parking…. The hotel is undergoing construction, so it’s very noisy throughout the day. There are only 2 elevators and they run VERY VERY SLOW. The price you pay for this hotel is not worth it. I also never received my deposit back for continentals that I never used. Oh, also lots of homeless people around which worried me when I had to park my car on the street overnight. 2/10 hotel.

Property is nice , room was clean and comfortable , parking was so inconvenient ! Stepped out and by the time we came back no parking at property , had to park a block down the first night , second night drove about an hour to find parking again. Staff at Desk not very friendly , other than Paola and all cleaning staff very friendly and always smiled at guest.

Remodel nightmare

Really dissatisfied. Hot building, under construction! No notice about it . Main entrance blocked for drop off, had to go around to backside of building to access new entrance. No pool, even though it is advertised. Under construction. Staff, rude, irritated. Went to the lobby to buy water and man at front desk was stocking them. Said excuse me so i could purchase one and he was bothered by that. Shook his head and threw a fit. Receptionist was not very welcoming. I travel a-lot to San Diego. Besides being prime location, this hotel was a huge disappointment for my vacation! P.s room had stains on carpet and room was dirty
