Front desk was friendly and helpful. They were engaging with the little ones which was fun to see. The hotel room was clean, staff was prompt when we asked for extras things and we have no complaints about our stay. It was a great find and loved being so close to downtown.

Even though it was comfortable and looked really good in pictures. I had issues with room like the AC wasn’t working but we managed with the windows open that helped cool the room. That being said if the issue persists in summer it won’t be my choice of place to stay.

Upon checking in renovations were not mentioned. 1 elevator worked out of 4 and the tv didnt work. A night auditor came to my room to argue with me about my complaints. The carpet smelled musty and my room smelled.

Hotel was under construction, there was limited amenities in the hotel the ice machine did not work on my floor had to keep going to the 8th floor for ice, parking was $40 a night wasn’t aware of the parking when booking, no free breakfast included other then that stay was pretty nice

The hotel was in a great location. Easily accessible to multiple places. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean. The only downside was the parking. The construction crew took up a lot of parking spaces. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
