The hotel building is amazing and the lobby is one of the best I had seen. It can match a five star level. The location is not so ideal. Downtown San Diego has too many homeless people wondering in the dark. If you are looking for a place to sleep comfortably at night, this is indeed a good place. Not a good place to wonder outside at night with family.

I was VIP member and didn’t get the bottle of wine and also the TV service didnt work at all. They told me to move rooms next day and then no rooms available to move to. The manager is rude and doesn’t let you express your experience as customer. I do not recommend it.
