This hotel has no integrity. The parking fee posted on Hotels.com is significantly lower. I confirmed this fee both at check-in and again at check-out with the front desk manager.However, I was surprised to find that I was charged way higher parking fee per night when I later received the bill online. When I called the hotel, they blamed the incorrect information on the third-party website and refused to acknowledge that this rate had been agreed upon at both check-in and check-out at the hotel. I will never book a hotel under this company again in the future.

Good bang per buck. Nice breakfast too. The location is good in terms of convinient accessability to many attractions, but it is located near a big road, so limited dining options.

No pool towels available. When asking front desk person for towels, he said: there’s towels out there - even though there aren’t towels. Hot water: none; have to have the sink faucet and shower run for 20 mins to get hot water. Cockroach in the bedroom crawling on the wall. Parking is $26/night - parking is NOT included. They charge a $100 pet deposit - however NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED; SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED either.

We found two roaches in our room during our stay. At check in I requested bedding for the pull out couch for my kids. It took well over an hour to get the bedding, due to me going downstairs twice to ask for it after checking in. The receiver of our phone in our room didn’t work. And when my hot water went out, I called downstairs from my cell phone to notify them. I told them my phone in my room didn’t work, and needed them to call my cell. They continued to call my room phone for questions and updates. It took, again, well over an hour for any resolution. Breakfast our second morning was completely out about 45 minutes prior to the ending of breakfast. I managed to get two sausages after waiting in line. That was all that was left. Overall miserable stay.

Parking was 26$ a night. I have never paid for parking at a best western before. Rooms do not have Microwave. They are rented out. Apart from this, everything else was good and met the standard of Best Western!

Upon arrival our room looked clean, but smelled faintly of body odor. We decided to look past it as we honestly didn't spend a ton of time in the room. I only ate a muffin for breakfast but it gave me an upset stomach. Staff was friendly and accomodating, but the main reason for one star is for when we spotted a COCKROACH in the bathroom! Where there is one, there are many more in hiding. That is the one unforgivable thing for me in a hotel. If you cannot provide a clean room, sans disgusting creatures, you should not be allowed to charge people to sleep there. Period.

Ashley was wonderful from the moment we checked in! So sweet and thoughtful. Our hotel room was perfect for our family of 6- 2 adults, teen, 11, 8 and 1. Our only concern was the outlets. For some reason only 2 outlets in our room worked— making a challenge to charge our devices. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust on tv stands and dressers. Now, that being said, everything else seemed clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely! A great start to our vacation !

Breakfast was unavailable most of the days- either the food order didn't arrive or they closed early without notice. When there was limited food- fruit was moldy and milk dispenser black, dirty rags left on counters and floors.The staff was rude and dismissive. When calling the front desk they were too bust to answer the phone it literally rang and rang and rang until it was disconnected. corporate headquarters has been unhelpful so far. worst hotel experience ive ever had- literally!
