I really liked the hot tub and the breakfast. I did not rent a car, so I took uber to old town, then took the trolley or a bus. There was only one restaurant nearby and it was very expensive.

Average Hotel

The stay was average- The free breakfast was plentiful but not great. The pool was warm and the spa was nice in the evening. The elevator is very small and inconvenient to use your room card to initiate the elevator from the lobby each trip and the sensor does not work very well. The fire alarm went off for probably 3-5 minutes overnight and two initial times and we could not figure out initially what the sound was. The fire department came and everything appeared ok but the parking lot was so small that the fire truck almost hit my car. Then the listing does not disclose a $26.00 fee for parking, so be prepared for that on top of the $150.00 hold. Also, the mini split A/C units are either super hot or super cold no in between.

The two women working the check in desk Wednesday night were absolutely amazing. Our Airbnb left us stranded and they were so kind to us after a very stressful night. The room was a little noisy as it was right next to the freeway but it did the job for a place for my family and i to stay so we can’t complain

Service was very good, easy check-in, clean room and pleasant staff. Breakfast included and was very good. Location close to highway and shopping mall close by. Only issue is not a lot of places to eat around the hotel.

This was a good location for going to Sea World and Old Town. It was definitely loud though with traffic and the light rail.

The pictures must have been taken on good days because it is not this nice in person. The listing was wrong on our room type and nothing was done to fix the mistake. Hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The only decent thing about our stay was the breakfast. It was pretty decent.
