Hidden Parking Fees & Poor Service
Just checked into Best Western Hotel Circle and was shocked to find out parking isn’t included — and no one mentioned it at check-in. I only found out after overhearing guests talk about warnings on their cars. When I asked, I was told “It’s a third party, we don’t handle it.” That’s not acceptable — if you’re going to tow cars, guests need to be clearly informed.
Expedia said parking was $19/night, but the posted sign charges $22 per 12 hours — more than double. When I called the front desk, the manager said to “pay it, move your car to the street, or risk being towed.” No apology, no accountability, no solution.
Whether it’s a third party or not, Best Western should be transparent and take responsibility for guest experience. Very disappointing.
