Homeless people everywhere around the hotel. Construction noise on hotel next door was very annoying. U could hear the water running in adjoining rooms all night long; makes it very hard to sleep.

I probably won't do that agian.

Hotel appeared to be renovated recently. Lots of loud water pipe noises coming from bathroom after 9pm, perhaps from another room? You could hear homeless drug addicts yelling outside from inside the room. I probably won't stay here again.

The hotel and property itself is very clean, safe and well kept! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Surrounding area has some homeless around, most seemed to keep to themselves ( at night is when it may seem “sketchy” ) but hotel is great.

Construction noise from 2 near sites was constant during the day. Staff was pleasant. Same breakfast every morning, good but some variety would be appreciated. King room did not have couch and sofa bed area as per photo and we were counting on this in order to work.

Good rate, ugly location. Multiple hairs in sheets, shower floor. Not little ones, but long ones. Used a cloth roller to pick up all the hair.
