Our family enjoyed the Gator by the Bay Festival, conveniently located one mile from our hotel. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the hotel itself was clean and offered a pleasant atmosphere.

San Diego stay

The room was well appointed but very noisy due to road traffic. We identified that the patio sliding door did not close properly due to poor door seals,allowing road noise to pervade the room environment. We had an issue with the room keys being unable to unlock the door , this was resolved quickly . Breakfast was good , with plenty of choice and availability.

Well worth it.

The service was great, i love finding places that dont charge a fortune for parking where youre already paying to stay. Its really close to somw nice non-down town sights. Clean and comfy with a nice late check out. Although cleaning crew does knock several times in the AM so the do not disturb is necessary.

We were given a room on the 6th floor and it’s right under the roof top air conditioning units. The noise was awful and there is even a white noise machine in the bedroom. I asked a guy at reception if he was aware of the problem and he said no and said the hotel is full so we can’t move you. I went back to the room and it was so loud that I knew sleeping would be difficult. I called reception and spoke to a lady and she said they are aware of the problem but there is nothing they can do. I said if you are aware of the problem you shouldn’t let the room and if you do you should tell people and discount the room. She apologized and said she knows it’s bad and moved us to a room on the ground floor after telling me there are no room's available. I would avoid this hotel as they don’t care about you and avoid room 622 if you do stay there. Not a good experience and it cost me a lot of money. I asked if there was an option to be compensated and the lady said no.
