I wanted to commend the three dining room employees (Silvester, Dania, and Virginia) during breakfast. They were VERY attentive, kept the dining room clean, well-stocked, and would literally stand by the door to make sure everything was perfect. Every time a guest left their table, they would immediately wipe it clean with a fresh cloth. They are truly assets to the hotel and I hope they will be there when I return for another trip. VERY impressive Aloha!

The location is great. It was clean and the front desk attendant was very nice. I liked that it was within walking distance from restaurants and the harbor. I recommend trying Mitchs Seafood right across the street. The bed seemed old and was a bit too soft for my liking. I had a room with the balcony off to the side parking lot. Next time I’ll request one that looks out toward the pool. Breakfast was decent. Eggs a lil too watery. Parking is safe and free. I’d definitely stay again but upgraded beds and bedding would be nice.

Convenient free parking, nice location (close to everything I wanted to see and do), a very nice free breakfast included (much more than just a continental breakfast!) and the price of the stay for 4 nights was reasonable!! All in all, we enjoyed our stay because we were comfortable and everything was “right” we are definitely returning in the near future!!

Location was on point. Close to everything in Downtown. They even have a free shuttle service to the ship terminal. The parking is free and for guest who have 7 days cruises or less. Free hot breakfast is also included.

The room was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a great location. Close to the airport and cruise terminal. I was able to leave my car there for a nominsl fee while i was on a cruise. There are several restaurants with in walking distance.

Front desk staff (young woman) totally unfriendly even demeaning---two check in stations and I went to the first closest to front entrance; she sat at second and would not move----made me move to her station. Parking is awful and no entrance to hotel from 2nd level parking. Not up to the price or Best Western standards.
