First time at the hotel and location is great, kid friendly, attentive staff, rooms spacious with mini kitchens including sink and microwaves. One thing that was disappointing was they had a prom on the top floor of the building we were staying in, i wish they told us in advance because we have a toddler and his bedtime is early. The noise was too loud

I was expecting Nice clean room, our room #453 Nice view but open to public parking. It was too much noise until 3 AM. Our refrigerator had a bad noise and it wasn’t cold at all. Inside the property smells like old, moldy smell. Resort has a pool very small pool with tons of people inside. I never ever come back again.

The carpet in the room was stained in multiple areas, the room smelled musty and there were people living in their cars over our back wall the entire time we were there and we did not get to enjoy sitting out on the patio. The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and responsive.

The staff at the Bahia were super friendly and helpful. We were put in the 3 level hotel right across from the checkin desk. Starting sometime around 3am, we were awoken by loud talking in adjoining rooms, then shouting out in the parking lot and then at 6am on a Monday morning, some type of gas generator was started near the hotel, which was very loud. This ran for a while and then a delivery truck with rugs parked in the same lot and caused a disturbance for a little while. It was not a restful night. Walls seem to be paper thin. The windows and sliding glass doors are in need of replacement, which might help with the noise. Not sure I would come back to this place because of the condition.

Staff made us feel welcome the moment we checked in. The food was excellent and the facilities were clean and well kept. The property is beautiful with very easy access to the beach and the restaurant serves great food with beautiful views of the bay.
