Cute, clean, surprisingly quiet considering the busy streets surrounding it.
The front desk people at both check-in and check-out were brusque, but efficient. Not particularly friendly, but not rude either.
The blinds in my room were stuck in the down position and I couldn't get them to move. And the shower was one of those ridiculous half-wall, no sliding glass door situations, which always makes me feel like I'm going to flood the bathroom.
It was cheap. A good spot to stop for the night on my way through, but I probably wouldn't do an extended stay there.
