Tired and run down. Rips in the chairs. Needs complete remodel. The kind of place that cannot be cleaned. Also- hair and a few ants in the bath. I opted out of using the shower. Bed is cheap and not cozy. I would only stay because it is close to school so convenient once in a while. But needs major overhaul. Staff was delightful.

We have stayed here 3 times and like the location. The staff is always professional and helpful. The hotel does share a parking area with 2 restaurants and is trying to keep their overflow from bumping guests into less convenient spots. On site security for parking area and facility is comforting. We enjoy having the modest kitchen and desk/table work space. Local future improvements (golf course, restaurants etc.) will be making this hotel a 4 Star once again...with some interior room updates. Lobby coffee is always hot. Continental breakfast is modest but, for the price, the local diner across the way is worth it.

Fine to sleep but no further expectations

It was clean and front desk was very friendly and efficient. The interiors definitely could use some upgrading. Could not for the life of me figure out how the shower was supposed to work. The lotion dispenser had soap in it, and so did the soap dispenser. "Breakfast" was even more of a disappointment than I expected. Not even prepackaged pastry or an apple, only generic bowls of cereal. The "hot" water for the tea wasn't even lukewarm.

SAC convention weekend

The hotel is older but was very clean. I reserved a 2 bedroom suite, overall was nice, clean & average no frills room. The one thing I will say is that room 333 could use an updated refresh!! The curtains in room 333 were raggedy, torn & could use some attention. Even if the curtains were sewn back together would be better than leaving them the way they were for hotel guests. Presentation is everything! Also the bed mattess was really very FIRM, maybe add a 2-3 gel foam mattress topper (which is an inexpensive fix) OR make it available for guest to have added upon making the reservation. The breakfast was simple but nice.

The parking lot had cyclists, looked like homeless. There was a PSA shouting "You are trespassing please leave the area. You are being recoreded" I did not feel safe. The breakfast is a joke. There was no warm food.

Larkspur Landing just give up!

Did not respond to empty bulk shower products. SAME ISSUE 2 YEARS IN A ROW. Same staff last 2 years. Larkspur group is just plain SAD!!!!! Their hotel in Ann Arbor last September even worse. The breakfast offerings would improve if they just put out dry dog kibble. NEVER AGAIN!
