Very clean, friendly staff. Oscar’s steakhouse looked yummy but was booked up! Will definitely try next time. It was nice having a full bar downstairs as well as the pool/jacuzzi. Everything was clean and well maintained . Will stay again!!:-)

The hotel was a bit worn around the edges; service was not what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. The in-house steak restaurant's pricing was exorbitant. Room HVAC was very loud. Just not an experience worth the high price paid. Felt like an 80's convention hall hotel that has seen better days.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the woman that was working the general store next to the check-in was very cold and unwelcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. You have to use your key card to make the elevator go up, so that helps keep unwanteds out which is nice.

My wife and I stay at the Hotel for convenience after our company Annual Awards banquet, 5 years now. The worst year for sleep. Our room was noisy, something like heater noise or equipment somwhere in the ceiling or walls. Showers from room next to us was loud and was used several times that night. Our room was right above the lobby bar. Lots of people talking loudly down the hall during our stay. A waste of money. I will not be staying at this hotel next year. Rather drive back to Santa Rosa.

That was possibly the most quickest check-in I have ever experienced. Very polite staff. It’s a lovely hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. I’m not even giving this review because she upgraded us to the 11th floor. It’s overall a very nice hotel and we’ve stayed at a bunch of different hotels when we go up to Sacramento for dance competitions. Definitely going to be a regular stay for us. Thank you, Hyatt Regency.

We always stay at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Sacramento when visiting Sacramento. Besides having a great location, the rooms are large, is very clean and has newspapers to read in the morning (Sacramento Bee, Wall St. Journal, US Today). Ramona has checked me in the past few times. She is always politely professional, friendly and efficient.
