The shower was horrible hair everywhere. The receptionist were not welcoming attitude women no smile nothing just attitude. If you don’t enjoy the job why are they at the front desk?. I book the same hotels outside secramento and the service I received in the past it’s been amazing. Receptionists are rude and looks like don’t want to be at their jobs. I wouldn’t go back in this hotel.

It was a little loud with the train coming by at night and being on the first floor you can easily hear people walking around above. They do have earplugs and a white noise machine in the room to try and help.

The staff members that I came in contact with were super friendly, it was clean, easy and safe parking (based on my experience & I did not have any issues), generally quiet, easy check in and check out, convenient location with many food places near by. Cal exp is super close by. I was traveling with a 1 year old and I requested a pack and play. It was already set up upon arrival. Planning on staying again soon.
