Rooms were super nice and clean. But....I always write this hoping they willsome day pay attention! The bathroom lighting is not great for women when trying to put on makeup, etc. And there is no AC vent in there either. Also, the showerheads are never strong enough. Takes longer and uses more water when they arent steong.

Great hotel, very clean, quiet and within walking distance of downtown Christmas area. One minor complaint, when paying to include breakfast in your stay, they still print out a ticket you have to sign - they manually zero out cost, but still not Comfortable with this practice. Why not just issue tickets at check in?

We had an issue with noise starting around 5 am. Sounded like furniture being thrown around in a room. Called front desk and they had security check the 2nd and 3rd floor. When I went in to take a shower the faucet handle came off so no water. My sister and I took sponge baths in the sink. We advised the front desk when checking out and your staff were very professional and gave us a credit for the parking. We will come back again.

Extremely disappointing stay. This hotel nickel-and-dimes guests at every turn. Parking is an automatic $50 per day, which wasn’t clearly disclosed. There’s no free internet, which is unbelievable for a modern hotel, room service overpriced by 50%. The overall value for the price is terrible, and the service felt indifferent at best. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or basic amenities.
