Staff made us very welcome as we had our sons family join us for the evening to celebrate Christmas. We took over a few tables in the lounge for dinner we bought outside of hotel and were told that the hotel wants us to feel like it’s our home. Great staff all around.

I needed a place to stop for the night on a long drive. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating! I traveled for work for the past 11 years, staying over 100 nights per year in hotels. This hotel had a nice vibe! Clean, safe, quiet. No weird smells! Room was large and comfortable! I was treated much nicer than at Hilton or Marriott where I have top tier status!

The room was amazing and the amenities would have been amazing but the hotel was packed with young soccer teams that were out of control. Check-in was terrible. The guy in front of me had a card that declined and instead of helping the next person while he figured it out she let him make several calls taking over 30 minutes.
