I booked online hoping to take my kids to the indoor pool. When I arrived to check in, I noticed the pool was closed, and it turned out it was empty! The receptionist was impatient as I was trying to figure out if I should stay because I was looking forward to the pool for my three children. I asked if I could have a refund since the website had no sign or disclosure that the pool was out of service. She refused a refund. Later, I requested to change my stay to a later date, but they also refused. I was very unhappy and went on to book another hotel in the same area that had a pool, very nice staff, and a better price.
