Definitely expected more for the VIP room. The manager Lili was so nice. But the rest of the staff seemed to have such a bad attitude and the amenities were not at all what’s pictured. Felt like I was at raging waters not a luxury resort

Gorgeous views and lot of activities for all ages. Unfortunately the area I stayed at the pool area was under maintenance so I had to go to other areas in the resort to use the pool or do any activities. The rooms were OK. Definitely there were some minor issues like bathroom doors not looking (they were supposed to), the main door geeting stuck sometimes when trying to open it and the refrigerator not working until I readjusted the thermostat level( it was stuck).

Golf trip with the fam

Went for a family trip, beds were comfy, room was clean, golf was great. The primary shower drained slow but functioned. Probably time for a new dishwasher but overall a great experience.

The property itself was nice but the fact that Expedia failed to disclose that the pool was closed was extremely inconvenient. The pool shown in the pictures when selecting hotel options was the only reason I booked this stay. I arrived at the property to find out there was no access and the pool was currently a “construction zone” after having shown my kids the pictures and getting them excited.

I was so happy to stay here with my kids, it’s a beautiful property and the room was great. However there was no food in the pool area, just drinks and the pizza place which was the other option was cash only. Also when you call to get a ride to pick you up they ignore you and send some one about 20 minutes later and then that guy decided to pick up another group and leave us behind. We walked back and then I decided to just drive my car to and from. I understand that’s a service that the resort provides but it was not appropriate to hold the service and then keep guests waiting in the cold for longer than a half hour. There was also a dirty diaper by the pool, I would’ve said something but they were severely understaffed. With all this being said the front desk people were kind and the room was clean and had beautiful views but I will prob not come back for the pool unless they offer the pool side service or another food option. There is a restaurant which I found later on on my own, canyon cafe and that’s where we had dinner. The food was actually good, had I know that existed I would’ve gone there for lunch ir prepared more.

This goes for both Expedia and the resort …when you are denied a request to upgrade when it’s clearly available and they are ok with paying more, make your customer happy! This unwillingness to accommodate will never have us return.
