Nice hotel but shuttle problem

Nice hotel, however we called for shuttle service pick up at nearby airport and they never came. We had to call again after waiting 20 minutes, and someone came to pick us up. But we waited over 30 minutes to finally be picked up.

Uncontrollable Children

I’ve stayed here numerous times and one thing I’ve always enjoyed is the peace and calmness but this time around there were so many kids running around bumping into people and it was chaos. Maybe in the future ensuring that parents are aware to keep an eye on their children and not allow for them to run around as if they were in a park will definitely help.

I needed a microwave but the Hotel does not supply them. I had to go down 6 floors to the lobby to use the one in the common area. There were no rods to hang used towels, only one hook. The screen on the sink faucet was clogged and water barely came out. In all fairness, I didn’t report the sink issue until we checked out so I didn’t give them a chance to fix it. Expedia said that they provided robes, but they didn’t. They only proved two bath towels, in most hotels they provide at least 3 or 4 bath towels. Their website said they had coffee in the common areas, but they took it away as soon as the restaurant opened. Neither my husband nor I liked the pillows, they went flat too easily.
