Quiet stay/rundown room, strong detergent smell

We got to the hotel a little late and the front desk staff took a break we needed to wait for the room. The wait wasn't that long though. The room itself was okay. Seem clean but the detergent smell was very strong. The next morning I noticed the room was very run down but since we were only staying one night we just tried to make the best of it.

I was not expecting much and was happily surprised. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was cleaner than the large more popular hotels. The room has a microwave and a large refrigerator. There is a desk and dining table for 2. Upstairs room had a balcony. Absolutely worth the stay!

Great Pricing for a soccer tournament and very close to fields. would of liked more variety on breakfast options, but more than adequate for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was ok. Just cereal, coffee, waffles and yogurt. The big issue was the room was just run down. Peeling wall paper, missing crown molding. Flooring had cracks etc.

We stayed here in 2021 and they definitely improved in cleanliness. It isn’t at all fancy, you get what you pay for. The breakfast is a plus. Parking was never a problem on a busy weekend. Will probably stay again if we’re on a budget trip again.

The room was disgusting; there was something gross on the walls that looked like dried SPIT! They didn't replenish the coffee bar or provide clean towels. We will never go back there again.

Room was musty smelling. The inside of the buildings were pretty dated and rundown. Toilet in our room didn't work entire time we was there. We complained every day about it and asked for another room but wouldn't do it. Found roach in the bathroom. Left early and found another hotel! Best move!! Will never stay or recommend this place!!

Outer door lock into the hotel hallway was broken, meaning key entry was not possible. Lobby closes after 10, it’s definitely feels like a possibly dangerous location. Security felt minimal.
