The room was ok. Staff put my family in a room that seemed to be newly put together. There was no telephone in the room and the bathroom vent did not work. When you showered the water came out and there was water all over the floor. Needless to say the entire room felt humid and uncomfortable.

Absolutely unacceptable experience – never again My stay at this hotel was disturbing from the moment I arrived. At check-in, an older man made inappropriate comments to my six year old daughter, asking if she’d be swimming in her bikini and if she was “her daddy’s favorite.” Staff appeared uncomfortable but did nothing to address his behavior, despite it clearly making us feel unsafe. The issues didn’t stop there. The hallway reeked of mildew, and our room door barely worked. Once inside, we found the balcony door was broken, and I ended up locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes because that door was also faulty. I had to use the restroom with the door open for the rest of the trip to avoid getting stuck again. The "breakfast" was misleading. There were only a few items, staff hovered awkwardly over guests, and the milk for cereal was sour—clearly spoiled. The fridge wasn’t cold, and I got sick the next morning from the yogurt in the fridge and the spoiled milk, which ruined the rest of my trip. Between the safety concerns, poor maintenance, and food quality, I would never stay here—or at any Quality Inn—again.

The floor smelled like it had mildew. The room door was difficult to open. The room smell on mold, the wall near one of the beds was peeling, the breakfast was a joke(photos made it look similar to Best Westerns we have stayed in the past) and consisted of the following - Waffles (good) Apples (only fruit), 2 cereals ( milk was sour), 2 flavors of yogurt, 2 juices. That is it. We ended up elsewhere day 2 for breakfast. Outside the hot tub was good but the pool was much colder than the ocean.

There were bugs coming out of the bathroom walls. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful but the property is gross. Bugs were coming out of the bathroom wallpaper.

We stayed here for a couple nights and at first I was a bit nervous. But honestly it’s a good location. I saw lots of family’s kids and it kinda made me feel a bit more comfortable. Staff was very nice. This place is more one the older side but it still was a good place to stay.

The photos of the property show a breakfast with a hot tray (maybe scrambled eggs) and some toast/muffins. But the only thing that was on the breakfast buffet was waffles, yogurt and cereal. Really? No toast or bagels? No hard boiled eggs or something of nutritional value? I'll spend a little extra money next time, and stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express, so I have a real hot breakfast. Also.... The carpet on the stairs needs to be ripped up and replaced. It smells like mold and mildew. I definitely will not be staying here again.

When checking in the office seemed pretty decent. When we went to our room that’s when I realized why the price per night was so low. It is a very old building. It all started from the handle on the door to get in the actual building. They have stickers on most handles that say “handle up” and you have to pull the handle up instead of down. As we are walking into our room, you can smell how old the building is. Not sure if it’s mold or what but after leaving, I smelled like it for days. Getting into our room, we had a door that we had to pull the handle up to open. Natale did we have to pull the handle up but we had to fiddle with it and open the door at the right time because it kept getting stuck. One of the workers literally came and had to open it for us multiple times. The only upside was one of the workers named Rachel was super sweet and helpful, literally the best customer service ever. They really need to put some money into upgrading it because it’s a beautiful location. Housekeeping was less than average. Pillows were worn out. Blankets were old. Metal in bathroom was rusted. Breakfast had a nice dining area but they only had waffles, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. They have coffee, tea, and juice. We dealt with all the raggedness because of how cheap it was, but I think Days Inn hotel would’ve been better.
