The first room we were put in at 10:30pm at night upon arrival had a broken non-working TV and phone and the toilet bowl was cracked. We moved rooms after 11pm at night and the 2nd room, we couldn't open the door to the balcony as the door was stuck. There were no tissues in the room and the towels were so rough from bleaching as the toilet paper was like using sandpaper. The carpet was ripped at the entry way door. We found out upon arrival that they charge $35/night for parking but since we were members it was only $25/night. I did mention the inconvenience to Justin the front desk manager and he removed the parking fees (I still need to review the bill to see if the charges were removed. The drinks by the pool are $17 for a jalepeno maragarita however it was made with all the seeds and way to hot to drink. I had previously stayed there like 20 years ago but never had so many things in disrepair.

I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk. There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it! Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more. They absolutely deserve to be recognized for the amazing energy and service they bring. Thank you both so much! 🌴💚

My wife and I enjoyed a little getaway weekend and gave Renaissance a try for some quality pool and fun time! The best part of our stay was the service, most notably by Charlie at the bar/pool bar. Incredibly kind and attentive. Jeremy was also a solid bartender/mixologist and made an amazing Pineapple Express drink. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are too far from the entertainment areas the pool is small and after you park if you find any parking there is only one entrance to the main building it is close to downtown palm springs which is a plus

girls trip

Front desk staff was very friendly, check in was fast and got there early they had room ready. Also I lost my smart watch front desk worker young man helped me look around and he found it. I would definitely stay here again. staff is amazing and close to walk to main street. pool area was nice we had lots fun.
