The wall seems really thin you can hear the noise from hall way and your next door . We could not sleep Bc the next door baby was screaming all Night we could hear it . We had to move to lower grade room So we can sleep for rest days stay .

It was an absolutely the best hotel we have stayed at in palm springs. The location is very beautiful and clean. The staff is the most helpful and wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

My ac was broken basically my whole stay and the temperature was 101* outside and 80 Degrees in my room I stayed up all night. Absolutely terrible. And they wouldnt credit my CC my account except said would give me 10k in Marriott points!! Absolute fail in customer service and I stay at this hotel all the time.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly but the service in the bar area and around the pool was noticeably slow. When we went back to our room one evening, around 9pm, there were half eaten chicken wings scattered around the hallway! The rooms could do with an update, a lot of chipped and bumped paintwork. The beds weren’t very comfy, mattress was saggy in the middle.

This hotel was ideal for my stay. I felt welcomed and valued as a patron of the hotel. The pool and Hot Tub were perfectly kept. And Erin, the concierge did an outstanding job! She made sure I was well accommodated, and always had a welcoming kindness each day I passed by in the lobby. I plan to visit again and hope to enjoy the hotel more in the future.
