The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We loved the pool area. We also liked the close proximity to the shopping and dining along Palm Canyon Drive.

Lovely, mostly quiet, great staff, close

Although it rarely is rainy in Palm Springs, the walkways here did / would puddle with water if that matters to your mobility. I didn't mind but anyone with a cane might. The A/C made noise. You can hear folks above you. Par for the course I guess! Still enjoyed the room for a week, and would stay longer -

This property is a great location in downtown Palm Springs. Walkable to shopping and dining. Although it wasn’t hot weather the pool was warm enough to swim in even at 7pm. The hot tub was nice but crowded at times. The property has a fire pit which was a nice spot to sit and relax at. Jane at front desk was very kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and will stay longer the next time.

Location, location, location! It is the best place to stay in the heart of Palm Springs. Walk to museums, restaurants, house tours, etc. the free bikes are so fun. It’s quiet, peaceful, great balconies. Our room looked out on to the pool and we’ve had room that looked out in the gardens. Both were great. One hiccup, the water was turned off and we weren’t aware of the scheduled maintenance. They did find a room for us to shower for the evening. Aside from this I would definitely come back. Also The rooms have been renovated and are light and fun!

The location in Palm Springs is excellent, near the middle of Palm Canyon Drive shopping/dining area. The pool was beautiful. The bedding and pillows were deluxe. The staff were so courteous and helpful.

Upon entering room 233 there was a strong musty smell, almost old house smell, that was very concerning, but then we ran the fan the entire five days and four nights we were there and found that helped but the smell didn't go away entirely. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. On the third day the water had been turned off, no one notified us about this. There was no water in the room for most of the afternoon, once the water was back on again, we did not have hot water in our room for the rest of our stay, barely warm enough for a nice shower. We did inform the front desk and we we met with the answer that she hadn't heard from others about it, so we left it at that....We loved the fresh grapefruits that were available on the property grounds. The pool area was clean and there were always pool chairs available. Not the most comfortable loungers, there is a gap between the bottom of the lounger and the back part and makes it uncomfortable unless the pool towel is bunched up and stuffed in the gap. We were able to check in early and they granted us an hour on our last day for late check out. All in all this is a nice hotel. We met guests that come back year after year and spoke highly of the area. Lots to do in the nearby area. We rented a vehicle but found we didn't really need it. We spent a lot of time walking. There is a mountain to hike just behind the hotel. Very challenging but well worth the time.

Great location, spacious room.

We liked location of hotel which was close to restaurants, shops and the museum. I was excited that I booked a room with patio and a firepit. Didn't realize it was a shared patio and firepit and firepit didn't work. Hotel provided a Keurig coffee maker which I appreciated. There was 3 coffee pods plus 1 tea. Creamers were also provided which was a nice touch. However there was only 1 packet with a stirrer, 1 sugar packet, 1 sweetener, a 1 napkin. I know it's a silly little criticism but leaving at least 2 of these in the room would make more sense. Room was very spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
