The stay excellent until we checked out while I was waiting for my partner to bring the car up front I was posting a video on my instagram about my weekend in palms springs and the receptionist on duty walked up to me and asked me rudely to turn my music off because the lobby has its own music. I felt that she was upset because my video was in Spanish . I did not want to argue with her so I stood up and walked outside.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good value for the price. However, for them to call themselves a resort, they need way more amenities! No restaurant or bar on site, no room service, no luggage assist, no valet, and limited parking on-site. If you want bare-bones, at an affordable price, in a great location, this fits the bill.
