Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean pool. Rooms are dated but clean. The very strong/cheap smelling air freshener through out the common areas was nauseating however.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Vacation Club Palm Canyon Palm Springs in a two-bedroom suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The lifeguards deserve special recognition—they were absolutely wonderful with my autistic son. Their patience, attentiveness, and kindness made the pool experience safe and enjoyable for him, which meant so much to us as a family. Room service was also excellent. Anytime we needed something, it was delivered promptly and without any issues. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families, especially those looking for caring staff and a welcoming environment.

A great stay. Room was really a suite, size of a small condo- living room, kitchen, dining area, large bedroom, bathroom and a separate sink/dressing area. Extra towels and bedding. Everything spotless, inside rooms and in outside areas. Great large pool. Free parking, and quick travel to downtown Palm Springs and other places to visit. Quiet neigborhood. Great value.

Very ckean room, amazingly nice staff expecially the pool bar/grill. Having a two bedroom villa was great with two kids 13 and 10 they loved their own bathroom and own room woth each having a bed! Balcony view of mountains was great every morning! Gym was great! Basketball too!! Pool/ hot tub was amazingggg!!

Had a poolside room with balcony facing pool. Great view of hillls and pool area. Pool was heated which was great as bit chilly when there. Underground parking was appreciated. Location was easy to get around Palm Springs to take in all the tourist destinations Hopefully will be back again
