It all started with a $10 a-day parking fee, transients panhandling in the parking lot and asking to use the facilities,others sitting in between bushes.The office staff just stood there with a blank face,”what you want housekeeping” although the young lady with the curly hair was the best that leads me to the room they put me in a handicap room, which was very small and the floor was disgustingly dirty. I took my shoes off, walked around in my socks. My socks were black went to the office and ask for cleaner, and they couldn’t give it to me, so I got a towel from them and clean the floor. The towel was black I asked him have the room cleaned the next morning and it was not done. They just made the bed and replace the towels. floors were not done. I went to the store and got cleaner and proceeded to clean the floors a second time again the towel and water was black. Went to the office and told him that it wasn’t done and that I would like it to be brought to the managements attention. Nobody addressed the issue we came back to the room floors are still nasty dirty. Monday at check out Alma was the property manager and really wasn’t told about my situation, I showed the pictures and she said that’s unacceptable and only offered me a small percentage off. I couldn’t even hire a housekeeper to do the bathroom floors for the Discount she gave me. I don’t think we’ll be going to stay there again. This would be our fifth year staying and the worst year.

I only stayed for a night last minute so it did the trick. Cheap and convenient to airport. There were red stains on the floor that I hope weren’t blood. Stay only if options are limited.

We've stayed here before and it wasnt this bad but our stay in room 252 was like sleeping in an ashtray. Mgmt didn't really seem to care, but I guess they can't do much about it - the property owners need to address this. It was so bad that clothes packed in my suitcase that I didn't even wear reeked of cigarette. Horrible.

We stayed over Halloween weekend, and honestly, it was terrifying enough that they should start charging admission as a haunted attraction. The room had an unpleasant odor, the mattress was uncomfortable and caused back pain, and we found cockroaches. The parking lot felt unsafe due to people lingering around at night or just sitting in their parked cars. Overall, the property appeared dirty and poorly maintained. On the second day, I discovered mysterious bites on my leg, so we decided to cut our losses and leave.

Unsafe location. Staff are busy fraternizing with homeless people then paying attention to check in guests. Rude and unprofessional. God forbidden you dare to ruin their day, you are going on Do Not Rent list. Many better places to take your business to. Stay away from here
