not recommended at all

Very old and outdated hotel which the website's pictures don't show that. I booked the Pool view room which took us to check in 35 minutes waiting in the lobby even we got there after 3 Pm. We stayed 2 nights, they never serviced our room for refreshing the towels ... when I asked them, they said they have no one to clean the room after hours, just handed some towels. The breakfast supposed to be until 10 Am, but they were run out of sausage and bacon at 9:15. The staff were nice and polite though.

The pictures are far from the reality of this property and the rooms. The rooms are old, crusty, and itchy. The parking lot was scary at night and the air is locked and you cannot lower it yourself. The small window unit is not enough to cool down the entire room. We made a second trip to Rancho Mirage the next month and opted to stay elsewhere because this property was not comfortable at all.
