The room was dilapidated with stained carpet, marks on the bedspread, and shredded window blinds. The hallway carpet was with many rips and rolls in the surface. This hotel shows a serious lack of maintenance and care and doesn’t match the Hilton brand. The customer care matches the poor state of the property.

The desk staff was terrific, friendly, and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only disappointment was that breakfast was not part of the room rate. The breakfast itself was very good but nothing special. I would have expected something more interesting from a Hilton. The staff there too was very accommodating.
