Receptionist attentive to our needs & had our room prepared as we arrived earlier than check in time at no additional charge. Only stayed overnight but I noticed did not provide us with bath towels so we used hand towels which were plenty. Breakfast is not free but for $16 pp not a bad price but we decided to eat elsewhere as we headed back home. Location is ideal located across shopping center with plenty of dining options

OK for the price. Giant rip off for breakfast wanted to charge 16.50 per person for the same thing you'd get at Days Inn or Holiday Inn included. Went elsewhere.

During the chicken time, it was one gentleman who was in training, and he was rude, unprofessional, and truly does not belong in the hospitality industry. He just simply had a bad attitude. He didn’t care much about the customer. Upon checking out, the new crew was not much better either. It appeared to me that they really need someone from the leadership to be present and observe the staff.

The reception was warm and welcoming. The room was quiet and clean. The hotel could probably stand for some upgrades, but I was satisfied overall. The breakfast was dynamic. It was 16 dollars per person per day, which was a put-off at first, but it was worth it. The staff was kind and friendly. I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, our room was huge, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very nice. They also have water bottle refill stations which was super convenient for us. It’s a great place to stay. 10/10 recommend.
