We slept in the room one night out of the 7. It was infested with cockroaches, there was mold all through the bathroom and in the baseboards of the walls. The bed was supported but a tin box (aluminum like) that was unsteady. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced while on vacation.

Great value!

This hotel is in a very good location, and a good value for the price! It is very close to the freeway, so there's a lot of traffic noise, but I use earplugs when I sleep, so it was not an issue for me. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean.

Location and comfort for good price!

This hotel was in a good location, and at a good price. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is the close proximity to the highway. There was a lot of noise from the cars going by, but I sleep with earplugs so it wasn't an issue for me

The room smelled strongly of bleach, I could not stay there. It was making it hard to breathe and I was coughing due to the strong smell. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. It looks like a homeless person was staying next door, I did not feel safe. The person at the reception was very nice though. I ended up booking another room at a different place.

Arrived at 9:40 pm one of your customer at the Lobby waiting for the customer service team for 30 minutes. I’ve rang the doorbell multiple times and a man comes out from inside was rude to me saying telling me to stop ringing the doorbell because he’s wife was sleeping and stated that he works 24/7 days and he’s tired. Room is okay, bathroom is Rusted lamps is falling apart not safe and towel was not bleached washed coffee maker doesn’t work I tried making coffee but dark rusted comes out from the inside the coffee maker. Cleaning lady was knocking on my door stating at 9:15 multiple time and we checked out around 9:38 Am. My experience were terrible 😣 i don’t recommend your establishments.

Rooms Need Some Love A Big Makeover

Cons: The rooms need makeovers badly. Chipped furniture, stains on curtains, stains on furniture, one curtain missing on one side, cracked lamp shades, chipped paint. But stains on the toilet Plus: Rooms had basic amenities, coffee makers, microwave, mini-fridge. Bathroom was most redone and newest looking part of room. Bed sheets clean. Even got solar panels on the roof! Staff: Courteous and pleasant. With my request about cleaning off toilet stains and some extra room cleaning, they took the request nicely, understandingly and urgently. Seems they are responsible folks running the place. Location: Great, near beach, freeway, Camp Pendleton for Marine family member visits. They even have solar panels! It's a fixer-upper situation. Fix up the rooms--result, fine place to stay. Get what you pay for

Lobby person was exceptional and friendly. Allowed me to have early check in at only $10 extra charge. However, you get what you paid for. Place needs remodeling or at least make sure the holes in the wall are covered somehow. My sheets smelled of humidity and found mold in the bathroom. Bathroom door had cracks on it and doesn't close all the way, and you get only one lock system on the entrance door. Not much for security mechanism. There's a hole on the knob of the shower, hopefully no camera was watching me.

I enjoyed that it was near the harbor and freeway. What I didn't enjoy was that it's time for an upgrade! A long overdue one.
