Location. Very friendly staff. Well maintained property. Quiet. Extremely quiet. Like sleeping in a hotel & completely forgetting that you are in the city of Oakland. Proper signage of parking do’s & don’t Clean room and clean towels.

Great stay and view. Room was convenient, clean and room service dropped of TP and towels daily. Did not go in the pool, there was a fishing pier and sail harbor behind the hotel. Some homeless but nice people on ocean sidewalk. Couple restraunts nearby you can walk to

Room was ok, typical Motel 6 but it was clean. View of boat harbor was nice. Lots of activity outside in the night, people taking and walking around at 3 am. Wouldn’t recommend for solo women or women with children traveling.
