The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire ground floor 3BR/2BA residence. This includes all interior spaces and the private rear patio. The upstairs 2BR/1.5BA residence is not included in this listing, but can be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger groups.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. A ceiling fan and tower fans have been provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the mat by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the attached garage. Please note that guests must bring their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Two designated spaces. One space in shared double-car garage (mid-size vehicles only). One space in front of the garage on the driveway (compact vehicles only). Garage dimensions: 6'7" height clearance with 18' depth. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
