This mid century 4 unit building is located on West Balboa Blvd. It's perfect for walks on the beach to either pier location with many fine restaurants. It is also a short stroll to the Balboa Ferry, Fun Zone and Catalina Flyer. In the wee hours of the morning, when all is quite the surf can be heard. This "STUDIO" apartment has A/C, granite counter tops, updated cabinets, a full kitchen, small bathroom with shower, comfy queen size captain’s bed with drawer space underneath, Smart TV with Cable and Free Wifi. Garage Parking for a Sub-Compact Car.This ground floor unit overlooks the shared garden patio. Grill your own burger, steak or hot dog's on our Weber Gas BBQ.
