Had a great stay. My room was always clean. Easy check in and check out. I loved being close to so much. Places to eat, to charge the Tesla, the beach, the Wharf, Cannery Row. Everything was within a few miles. It was also quiet at night. The room was small, but it was perfect for me since I was traveling alone. I would stay again.

We always stay at Stargazer when we come down to Monterey. Clean room, quiet, close to the wharf, always friendly staff. Plus the hot tub.

Room was very clean and beds were comfy. Very easy to check in as it’s a door code messaged to you. Indoor pool too. The only thing that was odd was the kiosk to check out was someone working virtually.

It’s an average motel. They are refurbishing the rooms. My room was nice. The area is quiet. They do provide an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, microwave and refrigerator. Which is convenient. Parking is available for $10 plus tax. Parking is not guaranteed. I pulled in and dropped my bags off than parked on the street. Shortly after I checked out, I received a bill for parking. It seems their policy is to charge everyone and for you to contact them if you didn’t.

Room was very clean and nicely done. Lighting outside was a bit bright so our room (203) had light filtering in through the blinds. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Overall a good, economical place to stay. Renovations being done that seem like they will make it an even more pleasant place to stay.

The staff was really nice and accommodating! Great people! The reason for the low stars is because my niece and my sister in law(nieces mom) both got cut pretty badly on their feet by something on the floor inside the pool. We reported it, and it was closed an hour later, but I was hoping for some kind of discount or partial refund at least. My nieces cut was pretty bad. It was a nice weekend up until that happened on our last night.
