The property itself is decent — fairly clean, nothing fancy, and fine for a short overnight stay.
We checked in late and immediately noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. We called the front desk, and someone came up with a plunger, fixed it, and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. For the rest of the night, it worked fine.
However, the next morning, the same problem returned. We were getting ready to leave early, and it was obviously inconvenient. When we called again, another staff member came up, simply dropped off two plungers, and left us to deal with it ourselves. We had no time to argue, so we fixed it, used it, and checked out.
My issue is simple: when we first reported the problem, why didn’t they offer to switch our room? And when the issue repeated, why not send someone who could actually resolve it properly instead of handing us plungers?
Overall, the place is okay for a night — but be cautious. If you face any issues, insist on a room change or an immediate fix. Guests shouldn’t be paying to stay somewhere only to fix basic amenities themselves.
