The way I was greeted with a virtual attendant was awful. There were all kinds of problems including not being able to understand it. I would much rather be checked in by a real person. I will not return because of it. Also I couldn't get the tv to work. I was not able to change channels only volume worked on the remote.

The room was clean and the sheets looked clean too. Very comfortable to sleep in. I slept well but for light sleeper, just a heads up that you can hear very clearly people talk. I don't know it they were from the next room or outside!

The Good: The room was clean upon arrival and the bathrooms were also clean, with spacious showers. The Bad: There is no physical staff at the office. They outsource the front desk and only have a digital receptionist whose English is very difficult to understand. I stayed for an entire week and room service did not come by even once, so we had to use the same linens and towels the whole time. Overall, it is a nice hotel with a lot of potential, especially with stronger on-site management.
