I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the start, the room was not properly cleaned — there was hair on the shampoo bottle and in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. It was clear that housekeeping hadn’t done a thorough job.
To make things worse, I was woken up by loud noise around 6 a.m., which went on for quite a while. It was impossible to get any rest, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they didn’t seem particularly concerned.
As if that wasn’t enough, I found a parking ticket in the room from a previous guest, which made me question how carefully the room had been checked before my arrival.
Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional. For the price, I expected at least a clean and quiet room. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and improves their standards, but for now, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.
