I booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace for my wife and daughters. They were given a standard room with 2 queen beds which was much smaller than the deluxe room. The hotel stated they would reduce the charge but never did. The staff tried to blame Expedia but I have never had this happen before through Expedia. I will not ever go back to this hotel again.

Stayed at this property because it was convenient to everything being in the middle of town while visiting a buddy. Shower water pressure was pretty terrible. There was some repaired water damage in the room that was done. Overall, the property seemed OK. Steph seemed friendly enough. Location is really good

I would recommend staying here, but the front desk service can be …stiff. In all fairness we did check in an hour early because our drive only took five hours not six. So thank you for that.

Get what you pay for

I was very disappointed in my stay. They gave me a room in the very back with the garbage bins and employee area right next door. It was very loud, and the people above were very loud until around midnight when they settled down. They started back up right around 6AM, and were up at various times dropping things on the floor constantly. The floors are very thin, you can hear everyone walking above from the ground floor. When I told the front desk they were very unassuming. The place is not as close to the wharf as I thought, about a 15 min walk so be prepared. Won't be staying there again.

We had a nice time here. We loved the spacious room and we liked how convenient it was to have a restaurant on site. The restaurant was good but nothing spectacular. Thought it was a little over priced for what it was but they did have a nice drink happy hour. Great sangria. The place was clean but felt a little dated. With a little renovation I think it would be excellent. My biggest complaint was the noise. I could hear everything in surrounding rooms, even though we had a top floor corner room. Throughout the entire evening/night, We heard people talking, running, loud thumping. The waste collection was super loud. It woke my toder up at 5:30 AM.
