Convenient for concerts and friendly staff

The liner is a brilliant location, very close to Lime Street station, but you don’t hear it. We were staying as we were attending a concert at Anfield. They put on shuttle busses for £6 return and pick up and drop off 2 streets away from The Liner which was really convenient. Staff are all very friendly, the rooms don’t have air conditioning but we had a fan in our room which we put on all night (hot summer). The bathrooms are a little dated but clean. The bath was quite high to step into for a shower.

Single night stay.

Nice hotel very friendly staff only down sides we stayed on the 5th floor platform side. This meant we had an announcement for a train at 0500 and due to the room being so hot we had to have the window open which wasn't ideal.

We always enjoy staying at the Liner hotel. Good central location right next to Lime Street Station. Free parking at the hotel is also a welcome bonus. Breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold selection, rooms nice and spacious although in some rooms can hear the nearby station announcements until late at night. Haven't been put off though, this is a lovely hotel and will be back again.

The Liner is a lovely hotel in a central location. It is great to stay in a hotel that provides free car parking. The breakfast is adequate and the hotel is clean throughout. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely stay again.

Good central location and value for money.

Stayed here for a theatre trip. Centrally located and the added bonus of free parking. We had a pre-theatre dinner which was good. Only downside is being able to hear tannoy announcements at nearby railway station, but couldn't hear them with the window closed. A fan was provided in the room which was helpful as it was a warm night and didn't want to have the window open because of the tannoy announcements.
