Staff lovely!
Room a bit meh and didn’t like the sink in the room outside of the bathroom. Also far too hot
Room was nice and clean but sink in main room instead of bathroom not ideal. Down side was bed was too soft and it was a bit small, the walls are thin so can hear people coming down the corridor. Location is ok if you don’t mind a walk into the centre. Staff really nice
Great hotel, staff & room, only thing to note is that the lift isn’t working & hasn’t been for a couple of months. We weren’t informed & it wasn’t an issue for us (even though we were on 5th floor) it’s just something to be aware of if you book here.

Really friendly staff and great location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Hotel is quite basic, with dim lighting throughout. One drawback was that the beds are very soft, and a king is 2 mattresses together so there's a gap in the middle!

This hotel is well located and the sheets and bathroom seemed clean. It also felt safe but that’s where the positives end. The carpets were stained and the walls need a paint job. The beds incl pillows were very uncomfortable and the walls are made of cardboard; I could hear every move and every word outside my door incl in the neighbouring rooms. Unfortunately a really uncomfortable stay and I wouldn’t stay again.
Good size room and friendly staff. Excellent location with nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to city centre and historic docks, as well as the Georgian Quarter
We checked in to our 4th floor room and discovered that this hotel has no air conditioning and the windows do not open more than about two inches. We were given fans, one of which was broken and made a very loud rattling noise. It was 29C/85F in our room. The carpet was dirty and the shower had a huge spider in it. The blinds also had a remote control which was missing. The WiFi was so slow we couldn’t even find another hotel online because it kept timing out. We left and walked to another hotel and ate the cost. We did not stay.
