The staff were friendly and provided good customer service, which I appreciated. However, the overall stay was extremely uncomfortable. The room did not have a microwave, requiring me to go to the lobby to use one, which was highly inconvenient. The room 410 had very poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear every footstep from guests upstairs, as well as housekeeping noise before bedtime and early in the morning. As a result, I was unable to get proper rest. Given these issues, the price paid was not worth the stay. This level of noise, inconvenience, and lack of basic in-room amenities is unacceptable.
