The food service person was efficient and had all the food displayed when breakfast opened. The coffee with a real 1/2 & 1/2 option was great and the breakfast offered lots of good options. We did the precheck on-line but had concerns from a previous security hack and asked to have my personal information deleted after our stay and would resubmit with our next stay. I was told that could not be done. The housing staff person was very helpful. She keyed us into our room, our keys were repeatedly failing.
It was disappointing that overall staff were not friendly or welcoming; possibly they were frustrated that they were working on a holiday. They offered just the most minimal of service here are some examples. I checked in advance of leaving with just one door key and was told staff would need both keys before receiving a final bill. Later I asked for a copy of our final bill upon leaving and was told it was not available and would have to go through Expedia yet the staff read the total expense. I asked for the password to the guest computer in the lobby and was told it was out of order. I checked and it was operational with a password.
We'v loved staying at this hotel over the years and hope this is a one time experience.
