As far as the property and room, they were clean and tidy, but when it comes to finding filtered water, they only provide a drinking fountain.
As the staff was clearing the breakfast supplies, I asked for tea and a woman by the name of Jenny replied "you have been down here for a long time" and walked away. My daughter was standing ahead of me and chose to address Jenny after the room was cleared. My daughter told her that she was rude in her response to me, rather than offer her the tea as she should have in the first place, Jenny lied and said she did in fact get some tea and gave it to me. My daughter had asked one of the men in the kitchen after they had closed, Eric, and he was polite and without even hesitating walked over and pulled out the tea tray and let her choose what she liked to have.
Needless to say, we are aware that some guests can be rude and ask for too much or demand a lot, but simply asking for two tea bags as the tray is getting put away is hardly demanding of such rude behavior or response.
