Hotel is nice and in good condition. It is a quirky architecture. It seems you have to go through the pool area to get to rooms and parking is inconvenient on getting to hotel. Otherwise room and staffing is very nice.

Really liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable overlooking the pool. Cons—parking was an issue. Our room was far from the parking lot. Also no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel advertises that they have a restaurant on-site. And that they have a bar at the pool area. Neither of these exist no shuttles.

This hotel is not giving you all that is advertised... the rooms are much smaller then photos show also the amenities are not true for there is no restaurant.The breakfast is terrible.The pool is freezing.There is no bar and the rooms are way smaller than the photos show

It was dirty. There was a towel left behind from a previous occupant on the sink( with makeup stains). Toilet had hair on it. Door didn’t close properly so we had to remember to keep pushing it to secure it. Desk was dirty- overall a bad experience.smell is bad- like mildew and old smoke.

This property did not have any of the amenities that it stated.It had on there.There is no restaurant.There is a free breakfast that is very not good.And there are not a lot of transportation to or from the airport or even disneyland or any of the other places where you can.You will spend a lot of money in uber fees staying at this hotel

Hotel is outdated. Shower was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. Only 1 hand and face towel and 1 set of shampoo/lotion products in tiny bottle although our reservation was for 2 people. Only blackout curtains and no sheer curtains so if you want privacy on the 1st floor from the parking lot your room is going to be very dark. Walls are thin, interior decor is old, but the bed was comfortable. This property is ok for a very short stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay again if I had other options. Front desk staff were nice. No bellman to help with luggage though. Right across the street from OC airport which is very convenient.

Not sure what made me book here, but was disappointed, especially relative to price. The front desk attendant was not welcoming at all and then the parking situation was horrible. Also, the included hot breakfast was sad. Only positive was 5min drive to airport.

The pictures of the property online do not match the reality. There is a pool bar pictured online, but the pool bar is never open (according to staff). The owner should update the online advert to be more representative of the property. Several reviews mention the pool bar not being open, the owner responds with a thank you, but still doesn't remove the pictures or online listing.
