Small, central, good value.

Very central hotel for everything I Shinjuku, but rooms are still quiet. Rooms are small, but good facilities like traditional yukata robes and tea/coffee. Helpful staff and nice Indian/Japanese/Western breakfast

I found the check in process very time consuming. Our family was exhausted from our long travel and a 20 minute check in is too long. Our reservation couldn't be found via my passport or confirmation number. They requested I scan my passport at least 4 times, had to type in my address, phone number, all which is on my reservation already. Finally got to the room and it was 28.5 degrees C. It was unbearably hot. Immediately turned on the AC but it took a good 30 minutes to get to regular temperatures. Room was fine, small, but I knew it would be. The bathroom was smaller than what we had on the cruise ship! Location is lovely but I would not stay there again.
