Centrally controlled air con and tiny room. It was freezing so I had to ask reception to adjust the temperature but they turned it off so I couldn't breathe, and I got no sleep.

Air conditioning is centralized so you have to request for them to change the temp. Sign says low setting is 21 degrees Celsius and higher setting is 24 degrees Celsius. Our room got up to 26 or 27 degrees before I figured out you have to request to change it. Have to request for all amenities. Other than that awesome how everything is next to Jewel.

The place is clean, comfortable and perfect for when you have a layover at Changi airport. It is very small without windows and I think the price should reflect this a bit more. It is quite expensive for what you get.

You are paying for convienience, that is it. I paid a fair amount of money for a windowless room, with one step up from a sofa bed with a tiny bathroom. You can tell its a transit hotel, and there is no down time to maintain the rooms. The bed was old, and the corners were peeling off, the walls were covered in marks from suitcases. The toliet would start running randomly and I had to hit the wall above it to make it stop. Check is was 6, and the reality because they rent it by the hour is really not a minute earlier. So for the convience it is great, for the standard of what you get- you may as well pay the $150 more and stay at the nice hotel in the airport.

I felt claustrophobic entering the room. I did not realize how small the room is. The shower is not easy to use. The amenities are very minimal. For Just a few more US dollars, I could stay at a better hotel in Singapore.

Small, functional hotel for overnight layover

Good for a quick overnight layover in Singapore. Located in the Jewel shopping centre. Staff are friendly, rooms are small as expected but functional. No windows on any room.

The smaller room suits a single guest and a short stay. Two suitcases would not have worked. Room was clean the bed very comfortable .. it suited me for the short layover in Singapore and gave me the opportunity to explore Changi and all it has to offer. Would book to stay again

A great quick hotel for a few hours in the airport. Small room but it's designed to be a transit hotel so it works perfectly. We both had room even with our luggage.
