This property should NOT BE on Expedia. It is falling apart, windows are brown and open and can easily be entered. Room we had had no bedside lights! Only illumination was a ceiling fan light! Shower had a few black hairs as did the shower curtain although it was clean and linens were clean as well. If you are ok with No aC, no amenities and a $15 a night parking fee then it’s the place for you! But not doe me. That’s said the person at the desk that evening was lovely and gave us a welcome bag with a snack and two bottles of water. The location is good but this place is a 1 star at best. Should be closed and renovated.

Staff were rude. No manager onsite or available to address issues after 5 and on weekends. Everything was dirty and in I’ll repair. Even though they advertise onsite secure parking it is very limited. And when they don’t have parking available, you can’t switch hotels because there is no manager onsite to issue refund.

The room was dirty. The beds were terrible. The staff was not helpful and not friendly rooms were super rundown sink was leaking. Pictures were very misleading. Glad we got it half price otherwise I would’ve been extremely disappointed.

Don't believe the pictures! the place is dirty, nasty, and the furniture is stained with god knows what!. The hotels says the rooms are renovated but I have the pictures to show otherwise! I was so disgusted we left after checking in there was no way we could stay there and what's worse they wouldn't refund me because I had already checked in like I was suppose to know the room was going to be so disgusting!!! but i'm sure that if it wasn't that excuse it's was going to be another one, too bad I can't upload them here! Oh and their also under construction, the parking they assigned me had a big giant deep hole behind it that one of the construction worker told me that if I went over it the car would fall in so I asked the receptionist for a handicap parking because I'm handicapped and she said there was no more but I could park in one of their spaces outside but I couldn't because I had things that were in my car that I couldn't take in the room and there were homeless people outside. This place is not a hotel it's a motel!!!

Good Room/Parking/Location

Great location to the Wharf and all of its activities and attractions. Secured parking for peace of mind and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great but only downside, the curtains let a lot of light in but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Birthday get-away not fun at all!

Rough start, more housekeeping help is needed on Sundays to accommodate a large number of new guests. Also, communication is key when informing guest about situations. Don't offer early check-in if you can't guarantee it. All in all, not the best in customer service.

The room is very old looking they’ve been saying they’re renovating for a long time. The last couple times we’ve stayed there still looks the same very an old condition. No blow dryer in the room We wanted to stay a little longer after our check out we could not leave our car there that our car had to be out by checkout time which was 11 won’t be staying there again

Would not recommend the place to anyone. There was hair all over the bed and urine all over the bathroom toilet. The staff told us to take pictures and submit them to a website, that is not something a guest should ha e to do. NOT HAPPY. We did not stay here and left to go to a better hotel. WE WANT A REFUND.

Overall we had a great time in the area! We did the bus tour across the street, which worked out amazing for us to see the big sites since it was my first time there. Being across from the 7-11 though, very loud at all times of the night. The property could definitely use an uodate that isn't shown in the pictures, but I give it 3* for the overall experience we had there.

Under construction. Absolutely no air conditioner in rooms. Only way up is through one elevator. If you get your room through this app they charge you double for parking. Parking was $30 addtionally. If you book through them directly, parking is $15. This place is decent if you only need it to sleep. Get in and get out.

Had an okay experience, not that good but also not extremely terrible. We had someone on our floor who was screaming bloody murder like they were being killed all the while they were throwing their pillows and and stuff from their room out of their room. We went downstairs to complain and there was nobody working there. We have 3 children and they were trying to sleep. My fiancée went down stairs to complain first and I waited a little bit before I went down stairs and it said they were on their 30 minute lunch break. They were def gone longer than 30 minutes and someone who was trying to check in was waited to check in the property and park in the gated parking lot. They waited for almost an hour as well to get helped. We finally received a call from the desk almost 2 hours later but we didn’t answer due to annoyance from the negligence. The room was also extremely stuffy and basically had to sleep with the door open all night for it to stay cool.
