Clean hotel, didn’t like the valet attitude. We’ve shown up in our Mercedes G Wagon and valet rushed to service. We showed up in our Toyota this time and valet didn’t acknowledge us, we had to approach him and still he ignored us. That’s not how you treat people. Other than that we enjoy staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The walls seemed soundproof. There was city noise, but nothing crazy. We enjoyed the daily happy hour in the lobby. The record player was a nice touch. The staff was amazing upon check in and at other times during out stay. Very nice!!

Great location and staff

Great location, great service, very comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. They have a great happy hour from 5pm to 6pm everyday. You get a bottle of wine upon checkin. They are walking distance from a lot of the major attractions and the concierge Dean arranged all our tickets upon checkin.
Every room has a Victrola with vinyl records to play.

Very nice hotel. The staff is super accommodating. When I asked where I could get a coffee before breakfast they delivered a nespresso machine to my room. The rooms are super modern & clean, beds very comfortable, windows must be triple paned because we did not hear any nose from outside. The hotel is in a part of town that is busy but in a good way. You can reach a lot of the city's main attractions by foot, street car, boat etc. They have a very nice restaurant that was buzzing as well. And a happy hour with wine and beer. Highly. recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!

Location is simply amazing. We had rooms 502 and 514, with views to the bay and Alcatraz We enjoyed the records, Happy hour and coffee in the morning. Dean the concierge told us some money saving tips, and arranged big bus tour at a slight discount.

Overall an Okay Stay, But Overpriced We paid around $1,000 for a weekend, which felt quite steep for what we got. While the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, the bathroom and amenities could use some updating. For this price point, I expected a more modern experience.
