Hotel location is pretty good , closer to everything . Pillows were really bad , fire alarm 3 times at nighh didnnt help . Nice staff, clean room every day pretty . $40 night resort fee is really stupid , specially where there is no gym or pool , you have to go to sister hotel for that

Staff was very helpful. There is a courtyard area to sit and have fire which is very relaxing. Parking is expensive $65 a night. Rooms are small and I was in a king suite.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great and ready to help. Anything we were needing was addressed quickly, even during Super Bowl weekend. I was expecting lag at some point but was very pleasantly surprised it was all smooth sailing. Extra kudos to Ben for making our stay a very enjoyable and personal experience. The hotel is a couple easy blocks from the Warf so it was very convenient. Make sure the enjoy the outdoor fire pits if you decide on a night in.

Hotel Zoe is in a great location, near everything within walking distance at the Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff is amazing and were courteous. Thank you to Diane, the front desk staff who sent me a celebratory bottle of champagne for my birthday. The hotel has a restaurant connected to it called the Penascoe, which had great Italian food. The pizza was the 2nd best pizza I’ve ever had, in my life. You get a 15% discount on food there if you are a hotel guest. Although there isn’t regularly a microwave in the rooms, you can request one at the front desk. We did and Diane made sure one was sent up quickly. I only gave it three stars because the room we were in needed updates and the view from our window was of the building next door, which are apartments and their courtyard and it was not attractive. It was not a room to relax and unwind. It was a place to lay our head for the night, quickly shower and leave. I provided feedback to the hotel messaging about the room and asked about an upgrade, since it is one of the perks wirh my account on Expedia but didn’t hear back. I took pictures of the room to show a stain on the carpet, discolored bottom of tub and caulking around bathtub glass. We requested housekeeping everyday and although our bed was made and room looked clean, the same sheets were kept on the bed. I know because there was a small mark/stain on the fitted sheet. I would stay again but would definitely request a different room. We were in room 439.

I had a great stay at Hotel Zoe. The location is super convenient—within easy walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square, which made getting around really easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself looks recently renovated. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely choose Hotel Zoe again on my next trip to San Francisco.
