Excellent location! Convenient and walkable to many tourist activities, including Alcatraz. We opted not to park at the hotel due to high cost of daily parking rate.

Everything was great up to parking the car in the garage. Coming down the stairs and dealing with the homeless and them urinating in the door and staircase.

Very convenient for touring around SF. it can sometimes get loud at night but that's mainly due to its location with many attractions nearby but also with the parking structure next to it. As safe as any where else around Fisherman's Wharf.

Lovely clean room with two huge double beds, this was ideal for a family of three. Really close to Fisherman’s wharf and pier 39 with lots of restaurants close by.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel. We were able to easily walk to sights along the wharf. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was also very quiet. Just so people are aware the valet parking does not include fees/taxes in the price so the 65.00 quoted is actually 74.10 to have your vehicle valet parked.

Well located. Professional and kind staff at the exception of a female person at Starbucks coffee on second floor. Pity that there is no facility in the hotel to have a last drink at the bar with friends. Spacious room.
